Our Story

NoCo Hive Collective is owned by Katie Straubel, a Fort Collins local.

Katie & her partner Mike are the ultimate party hosts - when they host, they go big. Whether it's a dinner party, brunch on the back patio, a birthday party, holiday gathering, or happy hour, their guests can enjoy the moment because every detail has been attended to. It's in this same spirit that NoCo Hive Collective was built. From the theme & decor, food, drinks, music, all the way down to the dish ware, there is nothing that lacks mindful consideration. Just like their home, NoCo Hive Collective has a modern feel and has anticipated all your party needs so it's ready for you to be the hostess with the mostess. Located just east of Old Town Fort Collins, NHC boasts a ton of natural light, thoughtfully designed finishings, and a number of amenities to make hosting a breeze.

Business ownership is another passion of Katie's so it's only fitting that the venue she created is also well-suited for business minded individuals in Northern Colorado to gather for think tanks, presentations, trainings, and more.
